Serving the Lowry, Cherry Creek, and Stapleton neighborhoods of Denver, we at Rocky Mountain Osteopathic Medicine and Physical Therapy (RMOM & PT) believe that medicine should be an individualized and personalized practice. With a variety of private treatment rooms for physical therapy, massage, osteopathic manipulation, we address the whole patient when delivering care, utilizing a tailored approach that considers all aspects of the individual. Finally, we take the time needed to best understand each individual and their own particular concerns and issues. We have recently expanded, adding over 700 square feet of treatment space, dedicating to serving you with two new private treatment rooms and additional space for small group Pilates, Barre, and Yoga.
The Mission of RMOM and PT is to provide effective and thorough whole-person care, via a comprehensive program. Our comprehensive treatment programs include a combination of osteopathic manipulation, biomechanical analysis, conservative interventional strategies, ergonomic assessment, home exercise programs and other treatment. Our goal is to improve a patient’s overall health picture via a specific program, focused on timely and efficient patient care. Each session begins with massage to loosen the muscles. Depending on symptoms, we will employ a wide range of techniques ranging from manual therapies like swedish or deep-tissue massage, myofascial release, or more direct modalities like dry needling, trigger-point and other targeted injection techniques, to name a few!
The Vision of RMOM and PT is to create a medical practice model, modeled after a micro-practice model, where care is provided by the physician and extended by massage and physical therapists as well as Pilates and Yoga interventionists. This model allows the most comprehensive approach to care possible, allowing visits to be at least 45 minutes or greater. Our vision is to provide the most thorough evaluation, assessment and intervention possible for every patient in order to maximize health care dollars, particularly in today’s health care delivery system.
