Ranada is a registered yoga teacher, Balanced Body trained Pilates instructor, nationally board certified massage therapist, and a former nurse. Ranada has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years helping patients with headaches, neck, back, shoulder, knee, hip, and sciatic pain as well as working with athletes with injuries. She has years of experience shadowing Osteopathic doctors and physical therapists in a specialized musculoskeletal medical clinic. Whether you are a healthy person, recovering from, or living with an acute or chronic injury or illness, Ranada will design a customized yoga or Pilates sequence and or massage session specifically for you. She will show you how to perform each yoga pose or Pilates exercise correctly for your body. Ranada can also show you effective self-care techniques you can do in your home to help alleviate pain or stress. Ranada is truly committed to the art and science of intelligent movement and to the health and well-being of her students and patients. When Ranada isn't working or practicing yoga and Pilates, she likes to dance, snowboard, volunteer, read, spend time outside and be with her family & friends.
